“In The Zone” Available In Pill Format?

Cloudy days.

So you are on a path to make a change in your life. No matter what it may be or what direction you have decided to take, you are making a change to your current situation. It is scary and you can put it off, however you keep going because you know deep down you have to.

Because of the path you have chosen, you  absorb as much as you can from those around you, your mentors, those you have been there and done that, and it can get a bit intense. You may faze out, or end up in a thick fog.

I do. It keeps happening, but I allow it to happen rather than panic because I know I have to allow for my brain, conscious and subconscious process it all.

Overwhelm then comes crashing through the door and then nothing, zero, zip. A grinding halt. Again I let it rather than fight it (other will differ, it depends on what suits). Yes it takes a while to build back the momentum, but coming out the other side when the fog has cleared is clarity. With clarity it does not take long to be firing again on all cylinders and so building momentum is less of a struggle.

Some days are different. I often have to gather up a fair bit of strength to push on through so as to at least take one action if that is all I can rustle up.

Monday was a classic. Had a great start (always at the gym in the mornings after a meditate) and it went a bit downhill before lunch. By 5pm I still hadn’t done what I intended to do.

Instead of moping about it I was determined enough to get up off the sofa, get back in front  of the computer and at 8.30pm I was done.

I don’t recommend dinner in front of the computer however it’s hugely helpful having a husband who cooks it and delivers it to you so you don’t actually have to move.

What was really strange about the whole thing was I felt as if I was in ‘the zone’. I only realised it afterwards but where I would normally be distracted and looking elsewhere and listening in on the TV next door. I actually shut it out. My mind closed it off and I continued on. I could feel myself saying “I will just get this done and then I’ll go next door”. I could hear excerpts of the programs but I didn’t ‘tune’ into them.

Anyway, just a realisation. And it is an awesome feeling that I can be like that and it can be like that. I just have to harness it and turn it into pill that will sell for $millions!

Until next time,

Antonia

7 Things To Do When Things Get Tough…

It has been a while since my last blog – I can’t believe how time flies!

To say this has been an easy choice to make, an easy journey to take would be a lie. To be really honest, I have really struggled to find and mantain momentum to deliver.

So what has been going on?

Well I have been masterminding. It has been life changing to say the least. I have found and now work with a great group of like minded entrepreneurs. Being associated with them instantly means I have a bigger game to play and I will have to stretch so far out of my comfort zone. This will be the place I learn the most.

To succeed on any journey, be it different from the rest of the world, you will have your obstacles -

“Obstacles are the things that appear when you take your eye off the end goal”.

Here are 7 things you can do when things get a little tough out there.

1. Take Charge

Things will otherwise remain the same for you. In your comfort zone life just happens, you must go out and make it happen for you.

2. Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone

Recognise the feelings of what may be holding you back and go and do them. Frightening as they may be, the more you do them the less fearful they become.

3. Stretch

Push yourself a little each day to take action. Something different that you haven’t done before.

4. Grow

You can only become a bigger person than before – you can’t help it if you are facing confront time and time again.

5. Learn

As your world expands from your growth, learn from everything you have done to make this happen. Without knowing it, opportunities will present themselves the more you and your vision expands. Grab them and learn from them. Remember those things that work and keep doing them.

6. Master Mind

The power of a group is second to none. You have to realise this path you have chosen is not an easy one. Best surround yourself with people who are experiencing similar things with you. Share what you are going through, someone will be able to understand and help you through.

Don’t kid yourself that doing things differently will be easy. If they were then everyone else would be doing it.

7. Do A Little A Lot.

Small actions all the time? This will supercharge you. You will see change happening quickly. Progress will keep you lifted, motivated and on track.

As always, let me know how you are getting on.

All the best,

Antonia
