Fascinating yep indeed! I believe if we challenge our fears on a daily basis we can only grow and become the perople we truly blieve we are capable of becoming.
Too many of us are completely frozen by fear and as a consequence we let life pass us by.
Keep challenging yourself. Make sure you have all the tools you need and the belief you can do it and they’ll ease up!

Antonia,

Fascinating piece of information! I’m 33, so I guess I have two years to prepare? I love the way you break down our fears in such a simplistic way! I spent years fearing unrealistic and irrational thoughts and other fears, so essentially, I was fearing my fears!

I’m still dealing with a couple of ‘big’ fears in my life, but reading articles like this really help me out! Great stuff!

Hi Antonia! I went through this same discussion in my mind after I lost my husband 5 years ago. I had a different perspective on life, I really wanted to “live”, not just survive. I also didn’t want to just pay the mortgage, or work for health insurance. I came to the same conclusion that you did, I needed to work for myself at something I loved, that would allow me to homeschool, travel. and live life to the fullest!

We do get so caught up in the small unimportant details and it isn’t until something really grabs us by the throat to tell us to change that we ever do change.
Sadly and often it it too late. I just want people to wake and and sit up to realise we have a pretty limited time so make the absolute best of it!

Great post Antonia. You’ve raised some really important points. We’re only here once, it’s not a dress rehearsal.

Yet so many people are too busy earning a living to actually live their lives. Take time out and think. Is climbing the ladder of business success more important than climbing the ladder of life?
